English - terms and condition

Group class

  • By signing up, you confirm that your dog is of legal breed, legally insured and your dog has started its vaccination program. In addition, it is highly recommended to purchase health insurance in case of an accident.
  • If you cancel your purchase no later than 2 weeks before your class starts, the amount paid will be refunded, however, an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
  • In case of documented illness of the dog or owner before the start of your class, paid amounts will be refunded, however, an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
  • Illness during the course is not refundable, but if you have to cancel a similar class, you are always welcome by agreement with your coach.
  • If your dog has an infectious disease, it must not be brought to the training ground
  • If your bitch is high strung, please contact your trainer and they will assess whether it is appropriate to bring your dog to the training in question
  • The code for the Closed group is only for the registered user. The code may ONLY be shared with others by agreement with The Mobile Dog Trainer

Customizes sessions & live online

  • When purchasing individual lessons, you confirm that your dog is of a legal breed, legally insured and your dog has started its vaccination program. It is also highly recommended to purchase health insurance in case of an accident.
  • If you cancel your purchase no later than 3 weeks before your first session starts, any amounts paid will be refunded, however an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
  • In the event of documented illness of the dog or owner before the start, and it is not possible to complete the sessions at a later date, amounts paid will be refunded, however an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
  • If documented illness occurs during the course of the handler or dog, and it is not possible to complete the agreed sessions, the remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded, however an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.

Once your sessions has started...

  • Courses must be completed within 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations must be notified no later than the day before the agreed morning session.
  • Cancellations for afternoon/evening sessions must be notified no later than 8 a.m. the same day.
  • If you miss an agreed time, you will be charged for the full session.
  • If your dog has a contagious disease, please contact us.
  • The code for the Closed group is only for the person who has registered. The code may ONLY be shared with others after agreement with The Mobile Dog Trainer.

Puppy visits

  • By purchasing a puppy visit, you confirm that your dog is of legal breed, legally insured and your dog has started its vaccination program. In addition, it is highly recommended to purchase health insurance in case of an accident.
  • If you cancel your purchase no later than 3 weeks before your visit, the amount paid will be refunded, however, an administration fee of DKK 300 will be deducted.
  • In case of documented illness of the dog or owner before the start and it is not possible to complete the visit at a later date, the amount paid will be refunded, however, an administration fee of DKK 200 will be deducted.

  • The code for the Closed group is only for those living in the puppy's household. The code may ONLY be shared with others by agreement with The Mobile Dog Trainer

Webinar & workshop

  • By purchasing Workshop with dog, you confirm that your dog is of legal breed, legally insured and your dog has started its vaccination program. In addition, it is highly recommended to purchase health insurance in case of an accident.
  • Your registration is binding, but if you regret your purchase for any reason, paid amounts will not be refunded. However, you are very welcome to give your place to another party by agreement with Desiree
  • In case of documented illness of your dog before the Webinar/workshop, paid amounts are non-refundable, but you are very welcome without a dog or give your place to another party by agreement with Desiree
